One of two things -- a device to hang your socks while they dry, or a device to hang to-do notes.
It has clips, so its used to hang something. :)

Blogger is being a bastard tonight....so bloody slow...grrr.
As soon as I looked at the picture I thought of a child's highchair but I think bearette has pipped me at the post.
By the way I want one of those Ginza Mango cocktails. It must be good if it is better than Kirin Nuda.
Also, Michelle de Krester's The Hamilton Case is on my TBR pile. I read her The Rose Grower (I think that is what it was called; her last book anyway) and I really quite liked it. Have you read that one?

Nutmeg: It's being buggy for me too! I love both Kirin Nuda and Ginza Cocktail...there's definitely room for both of them in my heart! I haven't read any of her books...guess my wishlist will now expand even more!
