The Grounds of Bran Castle...

First sighting of "Dracula's Castle" - Bran Castle:

Bran Castle is 60m high and perched on a rocky outcrop:

Inside, it's actually rather pleasant and has whitewashed walls:

Vlad Tepes was imprisoned here for 2 months in 1462:

In 1920 it was presented as a gift to the Romanian Royal Family:

Nowadays it's a museum.

First shots of Transylvania...

Sighisoara is a well preserved medieval city in Transylvania and is the birthplace of Vlad Tepes - the inspiration for Bram Stoker's Count Dracula.
