The partially uncovered Stadium of Philippopolis in the centre of town:
Above the steps you can partially see the Dzhumaya Mosque which is currently being renovated:
The Theatre of Ancient Philippopolis was built in the beginning of the 2nd century and accommodated up to 7000 spectators:
It wasn't rediscovered until the 1980s!
